How we handle photos, website visits and messages.
Who we are
GoldenRatioFace.net is operated by Rizwan Aslam. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, use our facial-proportion tools or contact us.

Photo analysis, website analytics and support messages are separate activities. Local photo processing does not mean that visiting the website or sending us a message involves no external services.
Photos, camera frames and results
Our photo-analysis tools process selected images and captured camera frames locally in your browser. We do not send those images to an external photo-analysis tool or service. The analysis runs on your device; it does not require you to send a portrait to our support inbox.
Photo features may download analysis code and model files from providers such as jsDelivr and Google. Those downloads involve ordinary network-request information, but the photo is not part of the model-download request.
Camera access requires your browser permission. Use the stop, remove-photo or reset controls when finished, and revoke camera permission in your browser settings if you wish. Closing the tab ends the active page session; this does not promise forensic erasure from your device.
Results you download are saved on your device and remain there until you manage or delete them. Where a tool offers a shareable link, the link may contain result values even though it contains no photo. Review what you share and who can access it.
Keep support messages separate from analysis. If you choose to email a photo or send it through WhatsApp, you are sending it to that communication service and our support contact. Please describe the issue without attaching a face photo or other sensitive information.
Information collected when you visit or contact us

Web hosting and network infrastructure receive technical requests needed to serve a website. That is different from uploading a face photo for remote analysis. Please do not place private information in URLs or send passwords, identification documents or medical records through our contact channels.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics can use cookies or similar identifiers and receive information about page visits, device/browser characteristics and interactions, depending on its configuration and your browser settings.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website or service in your browser. Analytics cookies can help distinguish visits; form, security or other service interactions may involve separate cookies. Using a local photo tool does not disable analytics on the surrounding page.
You can review, block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect features and does not necessarily stop every network request. Where supported, you can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on; it applies to the browser in which it is installed and does not block all Google services.
Read how Google handles information from sites using its services. This policy is a notice, not a substitute for any separate consent required by applicable law.
Contact messages and communication services
Our contact form uses FormSubmit to forward your submission to our Gmail inbox. Submitting the form sends the information you enter to FormSubmit. Its process may include Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam.
Direct email uses your email provider and our email provider. Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, whose privacy practices apply to that interaction. We receive the messages you send to our published contact details.
We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate problems, consider corrections and handle privacy or business enquiries. The contact form is not a newsletter subscription.
Contact emails are not automatically deleted. We currently keep them without a fixed deletion schedule, so a message may remain in our inbox indefinitely unless it is manually deleted. You can request deletion at Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com; requests are considered under applicable law, including any lawful reason for retaining particular records.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be handled by the providers needed for the activity you choose: website hosting and network infrastructure, Google Analytics, model/code delivery providers, FormSubmit, Gmail and WhatsApp. Providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable policies and arrangements.
The operator may disclose relevant records when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to respond to a lawful request, address fraud or abuse, or protect legal rights. This does not authorize unrestricted sharing of your correspondence.
We do not describe the entire website as “no third parties” or “zero data collection”: those descriptions would not account for analytics, website delivery and communication services.
Retention and security
Different information has different storage behavior:
- Local analysis: the active photo and result are handled by the browser tool. Downloaded files remain under your control.
- Contact emails: there is no fixed automatic deletion schedule, as explained above.
- Analytics: storage is governed by the settings of our Google Analytics properties and Google’s service rules. User/event-level retention and aggregated reporting can differ; there is no single deletion period for all analytics information.
- Provider records: technical logs, security records and backups follow the relevant provider’s arrangements and applicable requirements.
For a retention or deletion question about your interaction, contact Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com. Deleting a local image or a cookie does not delete a message already sent through email, FormSubmit or WhatsApp.
No website, email account or network connection can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, and secure your own device and accounts.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to select a photo, grant camera permission or contact us. Where a measurement-only mode is available, you can use it without choosing an image.
Depending on the law that applies to you and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can have conditions and exceptions.
To make a request: email Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the interaction, approximate date and information concerned. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
We will handle requests as required by applicable law. If information was processed only in your local browser and is not held by us, we may not have a copy to retrieve or delete. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you.
Children and personal information
These tools do not assess a child’s health, development or personal worth. Children should not send photos, contact details or other personal information through our support channels. A parent or guardian should handle enquiries involving a child.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact Media.finixiodigital@gmail.com so we can review the circumstances and address the request under applicable law. This notice does not replace any parental permission or other protection required for a particular use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, its services or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting how information is used will be explained through an appropriate notice where required.
